For Zamily members who had a membership that was migrated from the former site at Zamily.com:
Welcome to the new Zamily! While your membership details have been migrated to the new site, you must first activate your member profile and create a new password. You should have received an email with a link to activate your member profile and create a new password. Once you've activated your member profile, please make sure all details are accurate.
If you are unable to locate the email, you can activate your account simply by going to the Member Login page, and clicking "Create Account" below the login button. Enter your first and last name, the email address associated with your Zamily membership, and a new password. You will then receive an email to finish activating your member profile.

How memberships work
If you have an existing Zamily membership from the previous site you will need to activate your account first if you haven't already. See steps above if you have not received your account activation email as of yet.
Can I cancel a subscription?
There are no refunds. However, if you purchase an annual membership (with auto-renewal) you can cancel your auto-renewal at any time you want on your member account page.
Membership Benefits
Zamily memberships include benefits such as access to ticket presales, exclusive content, and more. Your ticket presale codes can be found on your customer account page when you log in or on the "Presale Code" within the member-only section of the website.

Q: How do I join Zamily?
A. Join The Zamily, Zac Brown Band's Official fan club, by visiting this JOIN page. Members have access to exclusive benefits including access to pre-sale ticket codes, contests, and more!
Q. How soon after joining Zamily will I have access to membership benefits?
A. Once you've joined Zamily, you will have immediate access to ALL benefits. Log in to the site and any exclusive benefits will automatically display on the member-only pages as new content becomes available. As a member of Zamily, your pre-sale code will be displayed on your account profile page when you are logged in. You can also access your presale code on the "presale code" page under the members-only section of the site. You will also receive an email following your purchase of a membership that includes your ticket presale code.

Q. I've forgotten my password. How do I recover/change my password?
A. Migrate to the account page and click "Forgot Password". You will be redirected here.

Q: Where can I secure my 20% discount code for the ZBB online store?
A: Paid Zamily members will have a 20% merchandise discount code on their account page. Simply apply this code at check out. Free Zamily members will receive an email with a one-time 10% discount code. Some exclusions apply.

Q: How do I cancel membership auto-renewal?
A: Log into your account. On your account page click "manage" under Manage Membership. Click your subscription and you'll find the button to cancel your membership.
Q: Where can I find my unique presale access code?
A: You can find your code on your account page, members only page or tour page when you are logged in as a member (You must be a paid, current member).
Q: How do I purchase presale tickets?
A: To purchase presale tickets, please log in to the Zamily account and visit the TOUR page. Your member presale code and links to tickets will appear at the top of the page.
Q: My ticket pre-sale code does not work. Who may I contact for help?
A: When you are on the ticketing site, do not copy and paste your password into the form field. Please manually type in your code. This prevents any chance of invisible characters or blank spaces from being entered. For additional assistance, please reach out zamily@zacbrownband.com.
Q: What is the presale ticket limit?
A: Presale tickets are limited to 4 per show.
Q: What are Zamily Gatherings?
A: Zamily Gatherings are pre-show parties hosted by members. All Zamily and their loved ones are invited! Check out the Zamily Facebook “Events” Page for existing Gatherings or to host your own.
